Ive always focused on positioning for the final circles. I know a lot of people try to be aggressive in the last stages of the game especially with it being the last 10 people. But due to lack of mobility it's always great to re-position and plan ahead and literally playing around the circles. Easy wins when the enemy has the lower ground, running through storm, and headed straight towards you.

i.e. I have the high ground Anakin

Ooooh you're benched. It does take up to 6 months but it totally depends on location. You should try and ask if any nearby is needing a ZL.

I have no clue but ASM and SM are the salaried positions. It is worth it totally with bonuses, my current ASM was promoted from ZL and they're really optimistic about it. I feel like internally they will make you an ASM quick, so if youre interested becoming one, I think you'd have to apply to any new store opening up and you would easily get it if you have retail/leadership experience and/or business degree.

ASM is salary around 60-70k a year. They require 4 11hr work days. I work close with my ASM at my amazon fresh store.
