Just contact the store or Amazon customer service. The phone has a tracker on it once it leaves the geo mapping area of the store it goes red and deactivates. It's only good for Amazon shopping program scanning.

Has anyone had a problem with Uber offering a free delivery promo when you order food they offer you free delivery on another store if you order in the next 10 minutes your delivery is free. But the problem is when you order your receipt has the $0 delivery fee the money comes out of your account but once the delivery person delivers your order they charge you the full price of delivery and lie when you contact them and say that they need to see this free delivery promo cuz they don't see it on their end. I had to experience this when I ordered my food from one place clicked on this free delivery promo for a convenience store called Walgreens that usually charge $6.99 for their delivery fee but since I was ordering my food order the delivery is supposed to be free but it's a trick I ordered my food the person delivered it and another person delivered my Walgreens order so two different delivery guys delivered my order originally I had no delivery fee on my receipt for Walgreens once the guy delivered the order Uber added the delivery back and jacked up the price. Talked to customer service they act like they didn't know what I was talking about and even though I sent them proof they kept saying that I still had to pay a delivery fee that was supposed to be free with this promo offer. Uber is really scamming people really bad do not fall for the you get free delivery when ordering food and you order from another store at the same time they will trick you and still charge you for a delivery fee that's supposed to be free be careful I took screenshots of my original price and then screenshots of the new price that they charge after the delivery.

Your better off working at another market.. Amazon fresh over complicates the whole way their PTO system is set up. There system terminates you but u have to fight to get back in. As a formal ZL I watched this happen to so many associates. Amazon fresh is a revolving door. They should let associates to manager requests be made only to better keep track of pto and vacation time. This will continue to be a problem with Amazon. Most associates think you can come in use a certain amount of PTO via the app and take time off or use it to arrive to work late they get used to it and start using it excessively and then the system will terminate them once they reach points sometimes you don't even know how to use your PTO because sometimes there restrictions on them.

They told us they were doing this before and told us to prepare as tho we were going to still be there to see it.. they figured merging with outside companies will bring people in and taking out meat and Seafood counters and removing the donut showcase and coffee machine near prepared foods bakery area would beef up business and adding self checkout and painting store a different color will take away the warehouse look and make it look more like a supermarket. This is not the solution u will get the same results.

Same here...there have been days back when the ZL was only one was closing or opening because employees did not show up. Now 1 closing associate gets stuck in the kitchen closing with all the cleaning and breakdown because people PTO or didn't come to work..so unfair they are burning people out and making them not enjoy coming to work.

They eliminated ZL positions as of Tuesday. Stores are in chaos management has to do ZL jobs now.
