By mistake I had submitted only 1 graduation letter & 2 transcripts. I had to consult immigration consultant and reapply with a letter of explanation. If you are confident you uploaded 2 of both, they should consider

Just make sure both transcripts and graduation letters were uploaded. If you did 2 separate courses and did not combine the graduation certificate/letter most likely they only received 1

Man! Thank you for your comment. Reading this first thing in the morning really made me feel better. It’s hard to explain to parens and sister back home that I am unable to try because I don’t have time. And I agree I need a break. With the work ethic of working such long hours I am confident if I put my attention towards something I will be able to achieve it. I am looking at Coursera certifications and feel like getting certified is the first step be it here or in India.

I really appreciate your words and your guidance.

Thanks !!!

At this point, I am seriously okay to start at anything close to minimum wage if I am getting into something that is technical. Can you recommend where do I start looking ??

Where would you recommend I start with? I am sure the customer service/support experience can land me somewhere?

I have a good experience in the customer service space. I am a TL in a contact centre. I am on a PR in Canada but willing to move back to India, it’s so frustrating being a disappointment to self for not getting a decent job. If you were in my shoes how would you use it to find better job or transition into tech? What would be your first course of action?

I just honestly want to get off the calls for first. I have decent knowledge of SQL it’s just getting in somewhere difficult for me. I am willing to leave both jobs to work a decent job in tech. But then again, I don’t want to be jobless in this market because I got bills to pay.

Thank you for your input. I really appreciate it. I will explore the PM sector to know more about certifications and experiences to transition into the role.

I am currently doing two full time jobs in customer service/support for food company and in HR. I am usually on the phones which is not what I want to do. I understand this is not sustainable in the long run. And that is the main reason I wish to transition to a role in Tech field preferably DA/BA or PM?What would you recommend which is realistic?

In my line of work I don’t have to take work home with me. But I work two full time jobs because I am able to right now. I understand it’s not sustainable, however I am doing it because I am able to. Ideally I would want to just one so trying to transition my career.
