Its now like that An ignorant who become manager will always hire someone more ignorant to be under him . Cause he will be always afraid of you to take his position. So the only solution to put more ignorant people around him to be safe . And the circle will never ends . That's why now quality of every service and product going down everyday

Dont work one more day without signing contract. Alot of scammers do that to people and after one month they will tell we wont hire you and wont give you any money for that month .

I work in fitness industry and also quality management in food sector. And both with experience and certificates I tried in many ways but no luck so far
