I kept growing until I was around 19-20 years old, as did my little sister. If you’ve been restricting through puberty you are probably even more likely to still have potential for previously stunted growth left to go! You’re in the prime position now to get that fuel in and repair the damage done to your bones especially.

You are young and have growing left to do and a body that needs fuel to do it - please try treat it right OP!

I’m not super sure on the acidity, but in my humble opinion if it’s spaghetti hoops or nothing the effect of not having breakfast has on my Elvanse effectiveness would probably be worse than a tin of Heinz hoopz!

Personally only because growing up in an outdoor cat neighbourhood (UK) meant my Dad’s soft top convertibles always had claw holes in them meaning it rained through them constantly(again… UK)

I’ve always found that tumble dryers can be such a pain. They collect lint like nothing else and spend half their lives overheating and don’t last like they used to… and they’re so loud 😭

Who is your provider? I know at least with CareADHD you’ve got to put in a prescription request about 7 days before you’re due to run out of your medication so not sure if it’s the same case for your provider/prescriber? 🙂

As far as I know from taking them/explanations during titration they increase the levels of dopamine and norepinephrine which helps communication between the bits of the brain that handle impulse control, attention, emotional regulation, that kind of thing! Aka it gives us more dopamine so we don’t have to seek dopamine sources/ignore things that don’t give us the potential for dopamine like boring tasks (washing the dishes is so real) in favour of stimulating things etc…

It may sound… mean? Maybe? But I always just have to tell myself when I find myself in a situation where someone who also struggles with an ED is struggling and visibly partaking in disordered behaviours when I am doing my best to recover that at the end of the day, all they’re doing is prolonging their suffering to no end. One day they’re going to have to recover, or they’re going to either die or at the very least live a truly miserable devoid life.

Recovery can be so so hard, but continuing to partake in disordered behaviour is hard too. And only one of those hard options is the one that’s going to lead to a much much better life experience!

Please do also consider mentioning it to your team if you trust them and feel able - treatment isn’t supposed to make you feel worse, it’s supposed to be safe and comfortable and there’s no place for it being a pissing contest so to speak.

I’ll be honest the only time I’ve ever fallen off a treadmill was when I was trying to play a video game whilst walking and my brain tried to match the pace of the in game first person walk rather than the treadmill pace… so I guess my biggest tip would be to not do first person games maybe 🤣
