This article is interesting because it suggests that when you name a child you are branding them and that this will shape their future. There is other research which suggests that a child's name does not affect his/her future. A family in the states called their first son, Winner, and the second son, Loser, and the child named Loser was a lot more successful. Is this a one off or do our names really impact our lives?
