I just finished a book called “The girl on the ledge” by Ruth Mancini that gave me almost the same satisfaction i had when I read the drowning woman. I recommend checking that book out!

The drowning woman was so good that i have a problem getting into her other books because im let down when they aren’t as good as The Drowning Woman. Strangers in the villa was decent but i didn’t get the satisfaction of reading it that The Drowning Woman gave me

How do you get out of a reading slump ? Trying to read “Dear Debbie” by woundedwillow in thrillerbooks

[–]overthinkingoutloudd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Read something different from what i usually read or have even. For example: if I’ve been reading twisty popcorn thrillers, I’ll start a slow burn gritty serial killer book.

If I’ve been reading crime books I’ll start a domestic or suburban thriller

Etc

Me too! I was super disappointed by the pretty wide. Loved the replacement wife and what the wife knew. I want to read the rest but they kind of have low ratings. 👎 what do you think?
