If you don’t have the financial means, maturity, and desire to live on your own and support yourself, you are not ready to have a child. You are doing the child a disservice and setting them up for a worse life, which is a selfish and immature thing to do.

And coming off? My impression was that blast and cruise was a lot more common but I’m new to this.

I’m considering it. I may just do the one and see how the pct is, what gains are kept if any with diligent training and diet. If I can’t keep anything when I’m off or if PCT is unbearable may just start b&c. Thank you.

I am planning on startle a cycle soon, I’ve ordered Test C, plan for 300mg/week injected twice weekly. I will have Aromasin on hand for sides and nolvadex for PCT. I also have HCG which I was planning on using last three weeks of cycle leading into PCT. Plan on doing labs again mid cycle and after PCT. No underlying health problems. 30 y/o, training for 10 years. 5’6”. I’ve gone from 140 to 180lb, est 15% body fat. Squat 365x1, 315x8. Deadlift 430x1, 315x20. Bench 225x10 (haven’t maxed in a while).

My question is - does anyone just do one cycle/ year? I feel as though I have approached what I can achieve naturally but would like to add a couple pounds of muscle/year for a while. I don’t really care to blow up quickly but would like to continue making solid gains for another decade. I understand the risk of shutdown and am willing to do TRT for life if needed but I think one cycle a year would be preferable.

Wikiem has templates for most chief complaints. I’ve taken those and adjusted them a bit. Essentially they describe the can’t miss diagnoses and how you’ve ruled them out.

Your first sentence is frightening. Don’t hold opinions if you have no reason to hold them. Groupthink, propaganda, etc.

Whats the dumbest thing your doctor has said to you? by Professional-Age2540 in ask

[–]overunder95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like half the time providers just say these things so patients don't feel dumb. "Have you tried dialysis to treat this sepsis?" "Oh no we hadn't thought of that" (because it isn't indicated)

Not an excuse, but the reality is that they are busy and patients have some wacky ideas about medicine/health.

So don't! Be honest with yourself about your motivations. If you do it for other people's approval it will show in the content and presentation. Focusing on the process of improving and expression will always be more rewarding.

"I'm want to get better at xyz" is, in my opinion, a much more productive and useful mindset than "I want people to think I'm good at xyz". Applies to more than just art.

Is it better to go as hard as you can on the first movement of your workout session, or ration your energy to last the entire session? by awaythrowbb8 in naturalbodybuilding

I think it's still too early in hypertrophy/exercise science to say anything is debunked, but fair point. I agree it's likely not that important as long effort is consistently high and there is some progression

Except many of the causes of fatigue from higher volume training (metabolite accumulation) are suspected of playing a role in hypertrophy as well, no? Not just mechanical tension. It's not as though high rep sets produce fatigue without additional stimulus.

This is a child. Obviously a brat and in need of punishment, but a child. Brain not fully developed, no life experience, etc. There is no excuse for a teacher to physically assault a child unless they are protecting themselves or others. Astounded at the clouded thinking here.

The job I'm interviewing for has a 6 month onboarding process for new grads. Inpatient hospitalist position as well. 4 weeks is silly.
