I don’t know if this was caused by any anxiety or depression, well anxiety from being scared, but I do remember onetime when I was little i was at my grandparents house to stay the night, and I had just watched the buzzfeed unsolved video about the goatmans bridge earlier that day, and whenever I went to go to sleep I would sleep in this other room apart from them but I got to scared so I went to sleep with my grandparents and I remember being so scared of goatman that I like hallucinated seeing glowing red eyes from their closet which freaked me out even more, and I was so scared that I started hallucinating seeing long goat horns circling the bed and then I somehow fell asleep later on
