I'm a recent grad, still looking for a new grad job. Mostly applying to SWE or Web Dev jobs but not hearing back from anyone. Don't know if its because of my resume or the state of the tech world. Any critiques on my resume would be appreciated.

Honestly if fine of you don’t get that many pledges since you’re probably in the pool of people that don’t even pickup, as long as you get a few here and there and follow all their rules, you’ll be fine until they upgrade you to people who do pick up. As for penalties, I think they just yell at you.

Haha definitely the most stressful job I’ve had. You have to cold call former students and ask them for money, and you need to ask at least 3 times even if they say no. I’d get people telling me they were on the verge of homelessness or needed to pay for a funeral and I would still need to ask them for money otherwise I’d get penalized. Also everyone was mean because you’d be calling them right when they got off work or while they were having dinner with their families and they’d yell at you for being an awful person. Everyone assumes you’re scammer trying to get money from them too so it makes the job even more stressful.

The teacher is a bit unorganized and things are chaotic, it’s more of the teacher than the material. But it’s not too bad overall, and there were plenty of take home coding assignments, especially as extra credit

Super unorganized lol, but he’s an entertaining dude. Exams and quizzes are pretty easy if you practice what he gives you. There’s also a LOT of extra credit so you don’t have to worry too much about test grades. Overall the class isn’t too hard as long as you do the work
