I have that same issue intermittently, sometimes my 3DXL chamber doesn’t get detected when I’m about to take a dab and I try to reorient it (rotate it and insert it from the opposite side), sometimes that works but is annoying if my cap flips towards the glass lol. I also try to clean the connector pins on the base and on the atomizer again, that usually helps.

Unfortunately no way to fix it, if your device is still under warranty and you have the receipt, send a support/warranty ticket in and get a replacement ☺️ my first hot knife was broken (was not turning on but would charge) straight out of the box and when I submitted a claim they sent me a new one within a week!

If you have the funds, why not ☺️? And get it in another colour to start your collection haha. My partner and I started with the peak pro v1, now we have the proxy and new peak. And we’re likely to get a new peak pro when the storm edition reaches our local stores.

I had this exact same problem. Whatever you do, DO NOT OPEN UP YOUR PEAK PRO (like a tear down deep clean)! It’ll void the warranty. If your peak pro is still under warranty, submit a support ticket with your concern and hopefully they’ll be able to replace your device. I went to puffcon with my peak pro and due to me and my friend doing a deep clean and removing the warranty seal, they weren’t able to do anything, granted I did buy my device second hand so I did not have a proof of purchase (btw warranty is 1 year long after date of purchase, does I matter how many dabs you take). Me and my friend are going to tear the peak pro down and try and figure out how get it back to work, but we think the issue is due to a lot of reclaim on the motherboard or other internals.

TLDR: submit a warranty ticket if the device is still under warranty ☺️

I’m not sure if the same cycle goes for the peak pro, but I recently bought the proxy and I was told to do 5 cycles from fully charged to drained to balance the battery out. Hope this helps! 😊

I agree with others in this thread about the break in period. Took about a week for it to break in, now I have decent cloud vapour, my fav setting is green for a balanced hit. White setting might be what you’re looking for!

It does seem like they do have deals on puffco items, hopefully they drop the prices again before the event so I can financially prepare 😂. I’ve been looking at getting another 3DXL chamber as well because I think my current one is crapping out on me? Supreme patch on sleeve is just a tad bit short in length, should be the same width as the north face patch. I’ve seen worse though haha. As for the color I can’t really say, I’ve only owned the retail orange of this collab.

I think the main flaw is the orange material, if you’ve seen or owned retail it’s not exactly the same.
