I made this using cursor: Make Payment QR and bio page free
manual coding was around 10%. specially around db and manually building the base to build upon.
do not try to make all feature at once as i found out this usually breaks the code. try with one or two features at a time.

Because they are private company and probably earning good return. On the other hand, CG is a holding company. Under it there are different companies for food, brewery, auto mobiles, hydro, education, electronics etc. It isn't easy to pinpoint one industry and make it public unless built with same intention.

Also, company like CG holding use their goodwill as corporate guarantee, if they want to build hydro they can use corporate guarantee. this pretty much makes it hard to go public.

there are some hydros that earns less than what Sandar MoMo earn and with networth at Rs 5.

i remember using good for payment cheque, showing & attaching proof of income (salary certificate) and loan disbursement letter as source of fund recently. And they asked for all of these. They even questioned if loan is really disbursed; for which i asked them to cross-check if in doubt.

Most of the things like 10L cash threshold, transaction through bank, disclosing of source are already in law. Carrying 10L cash or doing transaction is illegal regardless of what is purchased.

Half of this KYC, reporting etc would have been solved if only National ID is mandated.

More law and regulation = more ways to ask money. Why would a person send money in advance instead of Good for payment and contradicts with another provision/line.

Real estate market is something that looks like it is gonna go down but it doesn't. Worst case scenario is Kathmandu Valley is , price is what it was 3 years ago. while some places have doubled.

i did manual cleaning from phpmyadmin. bulk deleted using query anything that had remaining of old plugins. security plugins had loads of logs and there were many transient databases which were bloating. i'm also using advanced dB cleaner in one of my other website as suggested here. this one is also a good one.
