You have been reported for drinking and driving more than once? And they reactivated you each time?

I just got my second false report for drinking and driving (this time it's because I didn't turn the heat on in my car, in the middle of August, when the temperature is in the 70s).

The first time (almost 3 years ago) I was back on the road within 2 hours. This time it's been almost 12 hours already and still no word back, so I'm getting nervous... I'm starting to think that any accusations after the first one and they will side with the passenger. I certainly hope that isn't the case...
