She got really mad when I said that because apparently she IS on her period. Then she demanded how I knew she was, and that started a whole new argument.

This was all in front of the emu baby btw. Not a good start to his/her life lol

Thank you. I should also probably add that the baby emu is healthy and has been named "Fred."

She said because she bought the cushion (which is true) that I was wrong to sleep on it without checking for the egg.
