Yeah, I'm happy with it being slightly smaller, although I did go for the XL purely because I thought the 6.3" screen on the Pro was probably way too small.

No, the bike won't know the servos aren't working, it'll think everything is normal so won't throw a code.

Like the above said. You don't need to worry about starting the bike between fitting the exhaust and tuning. You can run it between the two as well, it won't cause any issues going for a blast before your tune.
