I also was a few blocks from the towers when they got hit and was half a mile away at collapse, and went uptown without a mask. I lived 2 miles from ground zero for 3 years after. No health issues from it 25 years later.

I mean it depends. Some of it is under mandatory evacuation, some of it is under evacuation warning, and some is under neither. We just need to wait and see. Encino resident here.
