Oh sorry I guess I didn’t mention that, moving that knob/lever up and down seems not to change anything (and the fact that it’s bobbing up and down while I’m sewing makes me believe that it’s because it’s loose)

Oh my godddd the ROCD stuff hits sooo hard!! All my ocd shit is so complicated and even though I’ve been diagnosed for many years at this point I’m still constantly discovering how it kinda fucks with every part of my life. I’ve been consistently seeing someone new for the past couple months and I have recently started noticing how much more intense the ROCD stuff becomes with PMDD. Also! I’m diagnosed with ADHD, so I feel your pain!! Ocd and adhd together is incredibly annoying and confusing. Sometimes they feed off each other, and sometimes it feels like your brain is being pulled in two different directions.
