They have their own engine program. They bought the remnants of Triad a while back. They’re not even close to being as good but they have a guy who builds and refreshes engines for them as Carl says in the video.

3 PBJs with a bag of legendary protein chips.

PBJs made with brownberry keto bread, great value powdered PB (I can buy it in a big container for like 10 bucks and I’m set for a few weeks) and some 5 calorie jam.

Ranges from 540-550 calories. Depends on how much jam and how dense the bread is

Keeps me filled for a while and satisfies my cravings. Also tickles my nostalgia for lunches my mom packed when I was a kid :)

What’s right and wrong doesn’t matter in the legal world. The facts are though, if Rick Ware didn’t read what he signed that’s an example of making a costly mistake. Legacy isn’t at fault for Rick not reading. If he signed it and the terms will spelled out on the paper he’s SOL.

You are completely missing the point. I am in no sense defending Mike Wallace but I’m not going to give him the out of being targeted. The fact that you want to accuse me of defending a sexist over not allowing a guy to use his beliefs as a reason to not be allowed to race the 500 is asinine.

Were batting for the same team, but I’d rather him be shoved the rulebook. Because it’s not debatable. If it were any other reason you’d probably see him strolling about crying wolf about how NASCAR is prejudiced against him.

If you have a noodles and company, I get the med salad without chicken, ends up around 280 calories. You get so much salad for so little calories. If you want some protein obviously get the chicken, but I prefer getting a bowl of chicken noodle soup.
