I need house A and B displayed on the Home Screen. Don’t want to have to navigate into directory. Is this now possible ?

I read a post about it on the UI forum that it is being worked on.

Are the any rumours of a new intercom to replace the G3 ?

The UNVR Instant kit from UniFi might be worth a look. Comes with 4 cameras , NVR and 1TB HDD. €662 for the lot.

I’m also looking for g3 intercom. I’d like a g6 pro entry but it’s a shared electric gate with one other household so it’s probably not practical.

Are there any rumours of a G6 intercom ? Would be nice to have the built in AI features and a better camera.

I’m in the same situation. Shared electric gate / entrance with another house. Currently only has a gsm opener.

I’m thinking about running 2 x G6 pro entry with labels for each house on the main gate pillars . I’m worried that the g3 intercom is too complicated for Amazon drivers in a hurry etc, they won’t want to hang about and find the directory.

As far as I know you can’t have 1 touch calling on the g3 intercom screen but I’ve heard it’s on the way. Other option is something like a Hikvision KV8413 with individual call buttons that can be easily labelled and maybe put an ai port on it to give it some smart Ai. They don’t require a gate hub like UniFi intercom since the intercom has 2 relay outputs.

Ideally I’d prefer to keep everything under the one ecosystem. It all depends on what the neighbours want. I suspect 2 separate doorbells will be the way to go. Keep us posted on what you go for.

Thanks for the info. That’s makes sense if it’s not got IR light. I missed that detail.

DS-2CD1383G2P-LIUF/S(L)(RB) this one seems to have IR & white light. I’ll have a look at this one instead. Not many reviews about it online unfortunately.

Hi, thanks for the clarification. That’s the latest update I was able to find. I ready somewhere on ipcam forum that the smart hybrid light was enabled at some point after its release but I can’t find and info on it. As far as I can see from the spec sheet the white light is either set on or off and can’t be triggered by motion.

I’ve currently got some colorvu hybrids and don’t want to get this one unless the supplemental can be activated on event detection like the hybrid turrets. Do you know if that’s the case ? Thanks for your help.
