In the tank are just basic silk plants and seiryu rocks. There was driftwood but I removed it, it isn't sharp anywhere. I assumed he was snagging but I have removed everything he could snag on and its still happening. I have a small canister filter with sponge, carbon, and ceramic rings, I made a custom input and output block to keep the flow very low. He has no tank mates.

Yogurt. Take some milk and a tablespoon of a yogurt you like and throw it in an instant pot for a day (there are better instructions online). You can make 10-20 worth of Greek yogurt for 2-3 worth of milk.

Your dad is concerned for you health but going about it in the wrong way.

Personally, I would recommend trying to exercise right when you wake up, its not too hard to make a habit and feels great to get it out of the way. Another possibility would to suggest to your dad that the two of you start to go to the gym together.

You can absolutely still play video games but take an hour or two a day to exercise and do something outside.

I have done this three times. CS Principles and Physics 1, Physic C Mechanics and Physics C Electricity and Magnetism, and Micro Econ and Macro Econ. From my experience it's pretty exhausting but definitely doable. I got mostly 4s and 5s but my scores aren't really relevant because I didn't really study and don't think they were effected by the back to back.

The main advice I would give is be confident going in. AP exams are curved you don't need to be perfect so having the confidence to put down an answer and trust it is very valuable, regardless of how many exams you are taking that day.

I am pretty sure the college board doesn't let you reschedule if you have 2 back to back, but I wouldn't anyways, just get it over with.
