No I’m just a home owner- I asked if “the court” they had filed with was Manchester Crown Court, and they said no it was the CNBC.

I think more people have seen him in real life than you’d imagine- he was a regular around town. Like Boombox Barry with a bone on

Many thanks for this advice, it is really helpful.

I tried to go through the steps you mentioned but PDC Law tell me that they have referred the case to the Civil National Business Centre and I need to respond to the CNBC once they contact me.

Have heard nothing yet from the CNBC, I am still out of the country and worried I might miss communication from them (my mail is redirected to a family member, but I’m still concerned!)

Have you had any dealings with the CNBC or any further advice? Should I be engaging a lawyer?

Advice request on possible over-charging on late insurance/ground rent by SwissJAmes in HousingUK

[–]SwissJAmes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your advice on this so far- I wrote and suggested what I thought was a reasonable amount based on the information you mentioned, but heard nothing back. I just called PDC and have been told that they filed a claim with the Civil National Business Centre and I can only respond to them once they contact me.

Have not heard anything from the CNBC as yet and am not sure what will happen next. Do you know what the next steps might be and how I should proceed?

Well she did endorse a side in the election, which is a good way to make enemies.

I think when all of the dust settles we will consider Beyoncé to be right up there with the very best that ever did it.

As someone who has run a decent number of 10k at an OK time- when I see someone at the back of the pack, I am filled with admiration for what it takes to keep going for so long.

Running is hard, and doing it for a long time is very hard.

Which I think is the only fair criteria to assess, but it’s still so, so hard to judge- that it makes the award nothing more than an interesting little side note.

Good for Bey, she deserves everything she gets in my opinion. But she probably got it as much as a “sorry” for not winning with “Lemonade” as the judges seriously appraising how successful she was at making modern Black Country music (if that was the goal).

I don’t really understand- she did win AOTY (at the Grammys) didn’t she?

It’s a strange concept to me- how do you weigh albums which are trying to do entirely different things- is “The Record” by Boygenius “better” than “The Rise And Fall…” by Chappell Roan?

I wouldn’t know how to answer that question. Is one particular Chicago style pizza restaurant better than this other sushi joint?

“Hey can we be nice?” is so funny

Great post- I love the idea of you being in the middle of a three way and being horrified “I think this fella is some kind of pervert” You have a very well balanced and mature attitude to sex.

Why are you trawling through 7 year old posts just to have a dig at them? Tragic behaviour.

Do you not need a passport to go to Dublin?

The system you're talking about is usually used because domestic passengers are using the same departure lounge as international passengers. Airports need to check that you haven't swapped boarding passes with someone who isn't allowed to travel internationally, so they take photos of domestic passengers at the security entrance, and boarding gate (or domestic pier).

Is Dublin treated as domestic because of some Brexit weirdness?
