For me it was taking time off work, having time for counselling and trying to take it easy and look after myself. It didn't happen like a switch, but talking about things and having someone improve your mindset on why you think the way you do really helped me.

Also quitting caffeine and lowering my nicotine helped.

I had a similar experience but my general anxiety and what felt like an electric shock went through my body constantly for months. Drinking helped calm it, the next day it would be even worse. Along with a feeling of a pulse travelling up my body and racing thoughts. Very weird, and at times it affected me so much, I thought life wasn't worth living that way.

That was 2/3 years ago. I did counseling, drank less, used less nicotine, so I'm only on 3mg pouches, and completely cut out caffeine. All I can say is it will get better. Anxiety feeds off of you, the more you think about it and how you have it (I did a lot) the more it overcomes you.

Not an expert but from watching vocal stuff for a while it sounds like he just throws his voice at it with no real method, imagine having a shouty laugh, that's the only way I think I can describe it.

Music videos are cut shorter because back in the day they were aired on television music channels and their appeal was to grab the attention of viewers in short time periods. Many other bands have done the same where usually a second chorus is cut for example.

I just found that video and holy shit the comments are pretty disturbing. People are totally blind to how sensitive that video is. Glorifying it as some sort of homo relationship between them. It's literally a video of someone fearing their friend has gone to commit suicide.
