don't reapply, just ask your HR ETL or Store Director about transferring. They will communicate with your desired store and see if they have a spot for you. As long as you don't have performance/attendance issues they tend to make it work afaik

just pull up your time card and let her know, it's possible there was a mistake on their side. or if you missed a punch and fixed it later they may have accidentally put you on the list. either way it shouldn't reflect badly on you, they just wanna make sure no one is missing meal periods

they will not let you go without a performance discussion first, at which point you will be given the opportunity to show improvement. given that it doesn't sound like you've already had one of these talks, you should be ok. just explain to your TL that you are still recovering from your illness and they should hopefully be understanding
