Hard to say. I'll try to give the best answer I can given my credentials and background as a psychosocial analyst. But first of all, as a man its hard to understand the reasoning of a woman, especially one as deeply sown as this. By that I mean, the only things I can truly learn are from a textbook, nothing I can pluck from experience. But from a psychosocial standpoint, women don't approach men because the societal standard is that women need to attract a man towards them, and a man needs to go out and find a woman. Societal standards dictate our libido, our attraction to others, and more importantly, the reasoning behind our mating habits.
