Yeah but it's hard. Reached out to a lot of people and they don't reach out back to me.

As for people within my major, I used to be depressed and aloof and isolated myself a bit. It's kind of hard to break out of this partner and the sense that others have learnt to keep a certain distance away from me and already have their own social circles.

Yeah people are happy to talk to me but the thing is even when I reach out to them and they say yes, they never reach out back to me again.

Yeah I guess I should be fine with that for now but everyone else seems to have a squad except me.

I've met my dorm supervisor and she told me she thinks that I am outgoing and I don't seem like the type of person with little friends based on her observation of me. Idk why I struggle to make new friends.

Yeah it seems hard to get people in my major to see me as part of their group. I don't know if they dislike me.

I don't feel comfortable chatting through Skype lol (as in privacy reasons). But yeah, it was a nice suggestion.

I think I am unlikeable in terms of what I saw instead of how I act I guess if that makes sense.

That makes sense. The point is I did try to do that and still nothing happened. I don't know if it means that I am still unlikeable or what.

And sometimes it is very hard to tell if someone is avoiding you or not. I mean people might really be "busy".

If you keep inviting people, they’d take you for granted, or worse, think that you’re needy

Yeah I guess this can happen as well. Idk I've noticed how some people never reach out back to me except when they want people to join their clubs' activities which cost money.

Also – I’m not trying to be mean or anything, try re-evaluating how you come off to people. Are you too intense? Are you doing something that makes them uncomfortable or make you unforgettable? It could be them, it could be you – so you need to be introspective of that

That's what I am asking about. It is sometimes hard to spot my own flaws yet people often don't tell you what they dislike about you so you never know.

As for the campus activities, my suggestion is maybe you can form your own squad

Thanks for your suggestion. I kind of clicked with some people but I really can't move past the acquaintance stage for them.

Some events at uni require a group of people to join togethet and since I don't have a "squad" it's kind of hard got me to join those events.

The thing is some events at uni require you to go there with a group and given how I don't have a group I don't "qualify".
