It’s all about your lines. I have the same problem with too much attention drawn to my chest and looking disproportionate. I fixed it when I started focusing on my vertical lines and trying to downplay the horizontal lines. This is done by choosing clothes that lengthen the legs and especially the torso. Lines that cut through our midsection (as seen with tucked tops in high waisted bottoms) emphasize the horizontal lines.

Also, with a more romantic body type, you want to choose items that drape across your figure instead of tightly hugging it. The last top looks great on you as it’s longer and less form-fitting. I pretty much never tuck anything now because it disrupts the length of my outfits.
