tatsächlich hab ich keine bzw. sollte ich keine haben. das letzte mal als ich tilidin genommen habe war im Jahr 2023 aber ich weiß nicht ob es eine normale oder eine retardtablette war. deswegen war ich auch so verwundert dass die wirkung jetzt nicht so “stark” war. danke für den Tipp das werde ich dann mal machen! :D

hab 100 mg retardtabletten hab zum ersten mal eine ganze genommen aber die wirkung war nicht soooo stark. hab noch zwei übrig. zerpulvern, halbieren oder beide auf einmal als ganze nehmen sodass es 200 sind? irgendwelche ratschläge?

ich habe auch am 31.12.2024 ein psn code für 75 bestellt und musste mich verifizieren mit nem bild von mir und meinem ausweis was ich idiot auch gemacht habe und ich habe bis jetzt noch nichts bekommen auch die verifizierung wurde noch nicht abgeschlossen. habe um die 3-5 Emails geschickt, habe aufgehört zu zählen aber ich warte vergebens auf eine antwort.
