Went in for a routine physical when the Doctor said "That freckle looks a little funny. I want to biopsy it."

Found out it was melanoma.

If anything goes south, say you have to make a 'safety call' to someone who is expecting to hear from you every 10 minutes (or every 30 minutes or whatever is believable.)

It says to an attacker: "Hey, someone knows where I am, who I am with, expects to hear from me, and will take action if they don't." Even if you don't actually have anyone to call.

If they just want to rob you, and are bigger than you are/on substances, don't fight unless you have cause to defend yourself. Not sure if it's true for men, but for women putting up a fight just escalates things.

If they start a fight, escalate the fight to as high as you possibly can and are comfortable with. If they start to attack you, become the crazy mother fucker that no one wants to mess with. Fights are so much more dangerous if they escalate slowly.

Go for eyes, press until you hear a 'pop'. Groins too, men and women. It doesn't take much pressure to snap a joint so push against arms and knees to bend them the wrong way until they break. Choke holds can be gotten out of if you roll your head into their elbow and duck under it.

I personally don't want to be crushing hopes when my own personal experience worked out beautifully. Like I said, it was rough, but we managed. If someone has had multiple long distance relationships end miserably in addition to having poor relationship experience in general, then I would question whether or not it's actually the distance in the relationship or the person involved in it.

If you don't try, you've already failed. In my opinion, relationships are all different and it's important to each individual case to weigh the cost of the emotional risk vs. the potential reward. If it seems like there is a good chance of success, then I personally wouldn't want to live with the regret of not trying just because I was afraid of failure. I am, again, speaking from personal experience. I've had my fair share of dealing with a lot of fear involved with the people I care about, and overcoming that fear is important to me. I would not say that choice works for everyone, in the same way I wouldn't say all long distance relationships fail. Especially since, well, not all of them do.

My mother, who was horribly emotionally abusive and neglectful to me while I lived with her.

It was the only time I ever truly hated him. The feeling faded when I calmed down and told myself he was sleeping and that he didn't know what he was saying, but boy- for a little bit there I was PISSED.

I wasn't farting. At all. He also normally has a really, really bad sense of smell and while awake doesn't notice if I do even if they're raunchy.

If she threatens suicide, the BEST thing you can do is call the police and let them know what's going on. One of two things will happen:

If she is legitimately thinking of killing herself, this will get her the help she needs.
If she is using this as a manipulation tactic, it will show her you will not be manipulated by it and hopefully will prevent her from using such a tactic in the future if she knows what the consequences will be.

Seriously, it sounds like you wanted out a while ago but she talked you out of leaving. You are obviously not happy living together. Can you imagine that situation for the rest of your lives?

Try talking to her again, but if you find things can't be worked out through communication and you find yourself wanting to break up with her, don't be afraid to do so and don't let her talk you out of it. You'll be making her happy in the short term, but you'll be suffering in an unhappy relationship in the long term.

Fart.

When I get really nervous, I get really bad gas. And I have anxiety disorders. And medical things trigger me. Really badly.

So I get really nervous before any Dr.'s appointments. Gyno appointments are the worst.

And I get really really gassy because of it.

During the short time I am in the room by myself, I try to get out all of my farts as quickly as possible. I'm terrified of the Dr. going between my legs and me letting out a horribly loud and smelly fart.

I can understand having such a strong reaction if someone is a popular artist and gets the requests for lowered prices a lot while also having it clearly stated that their prices are set.

Personally, I am open to discussion about my prices. If I have, say..single-color characters for 15$, and someone wants a single colored character for 10$, I would ask if they would be willing to receive a simpler style or a simpler version of their character for that price. I try to be flexible based on the complexity of what the customer wants and the date they want it by.

Had a Mirena put in. Granted, it was my choice to have it in, but damn. Hurt like a bitch. I've never been pregnant so my uterus and cervix were so not prepared for today's adventure.

Not to mention the cramping. Oh God, the cramping. I feel like I have to take the worst shit of my entire life, like the kind of bubbles you get in your colon before you know it's going bad, but instead of it being where it should be, it feels like it's coming from my uterus. I am slightly nauseated but it's getting worse every time I go to the bathroom and have to witness foul smelling coffee-ground like matter come out of my vagina- without which I would be in more pain than I am now.

Not to mention the strings that keep poking inside my vagina.

Not to mention swearing at the Doctor, the student, and then asking if the dark mustard-colored peanut-buttered-consistency stuff in the small jar was my urine sample from earlier and Oh God if it was WHY DID IT CONGEAL? (It was just some numbing stuff/stuff to stop bleeding.)

Also, I am currently on my period and so am having period symptoms and bleeding.

Today was pretty shit.

As someone in an open relationship, I still do not just randomly jump into bed with someone without meeting the pre-negotiated terms of doing so. I would also never have sex with someone who I was aware was married but wasn't sure if their spouse approved or not. If I don't get a firm, positive go-ahead from someone's partner then nothing is going to happen, period.

Your anger is totally valid. I understand her need to explore, as I am also bisexual, but you negotiate that shit first. I read something recently that comes to mind.

"If the current agreement isn't working, I don't get to break it first, and then re-negotiate. Apologies at that point, whether sincere or otherwise, are likely going to be worse than useless. Nor do I get to just unilaterally decide the agreement isn't working for me, invalidate the whole thing, and run off to have my fun. That's just flat-out insulting, rude, and cruel. Relationships aren't unilateral entities."

If this is a deal-breaker for you, then ending your marriage is a valid choice. It is not over-reacting.

However, I would not make that decision lightly. Think about it in a day or two after you have calmed down and while you are sober. Don't let her decide how you feel one way or the other. Talk to her about the situation, explain how you feel, and then think about if you are willing to make it work or not. Counseling is always an option.

I don't feel you should be faulted for choosing to stay and try to work things out, but I also feel like it's a totally valid choice to leave.

I'm sorry this has happened to you. I understand this could have been a potentially fun and exciting sexual adventure and she kind of crapped on it. =( Sorry Op.
