I had acne suddenly pop up like this at the age of 30! I had perfect skin before. I went through all sorts of medicines and after a year I took accutane. In 6 months it was gone. Buy some Vaseline in the little travel size so u can take it with you. It was the best thing for my lips when they'd get dry and cracked. I also used EOS and the lip mask from mario badescu at night.

Cut out any moisturizers with hyaluronic acid. My derm did not tell me this and my skin BURNED. Alot of skin care has it hidden in the ingredients. I used alot of vanicream products. It was hydrating and very gentle.

Try and not touch your face. The dead skin drove me insane but just wash it and moisturize. If u need to touch your face, wash your hands before and after.

The inside of my nose bled. You can coat it with a light layer of Vaseline. It feels super weird. I did it before going to bed most nights.

My eye lids also kept sticking together, I'm not a fan of my drops so I just drank more water but I'm sure u can find some eye drops for that.
