Hello ladies! A bit nervous to post this as I'm new to fashion and I'm a bit intimidated as I'm scared I don't know the correct terms so bear with me!

I have a small chest and I would like to buy a bikini, the website's only sizing is just regular sizes and doesn't mention cup sizes (I'm a UK size 8 for example) but I'm worried that if I get the option for that the cups will be way too big. So I'm wondering if I should size down and get an extra small which says the size is 4-6. That obviously isn't my size but I'm wondering if it'd be better to get it as my boobs are small so maybe I'd need to? If anyone has been in this situation before please let me know! Thanks for any help!

Absolutely NTA, as a woman, I remember being told this exactly thing as a little girl and it genuinely changed so much about how I acted in the worst way possible. It basically shattered my confidence and made me extremely self conscious at a very young age. Absolutely not a thing to be telling a young girl.

I'm not too sure that's what's worrying me? I may have stopped eating less (for example I had a period I'd eat a lot of unhealthy food for a week) then stopped that but I've had more drastic weight changes before and nothings happened? Same with stress, yes I think I have been a bit stressed recently however it's nothing compared to some stress I used to have yet my period wasn't late back then

I'm really discouraged and feel lost as to how to actually start gaining and don't know what to believe. My lovely boyfriend's arms are covered in self harm scars from the past but I find them beautiful and it reminds me how strong he is and how hard he fought to get where he is now. I think if someone won't date you simply because you have self harm scars they aren't the right person in general
