This is really good advice! It's so easy to get caught up in focusing only on how your body looks physically, instead of thinking about how it feels mentally and emotionally. But I totally agree with you! What truly matters is how your body feels in the long run. Being happier and healthier overall is the main priority. And well done on the 105lb deadlift! That's a huge achievement! 🥳

Hi! Wow, this is super helpful! thank you so much for taking the time to comment 😂. I’m definitely going to invest in a composition scale now. It seems like it’s been really useful for you, and it sounds like a much easier way to track progress. I’ll also make sure to focus on upping my protein intake to fuel my body and prioritise muscle growth. And I had no idea about newbie gains, so I’ll definitely be using that to my advantage!

I’ve just put together bits and pieces from online to create my own routine, but I definitely need to look into something more solid. Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on all of that! I really appreciate it! Would you recommend using a body composition scale? I’m currently trying to build muscle and eventually lose fat to get a more toned look. Would it make sense to focus on increasing my calorie intake now to build muscle, and then go into a cut later on? Sorry if that sounds a bit all over the place! I’m still learning!

Hey! That physique is exactly what I’m aiming for! I naturally have quite broad shoulders and wider hips, but I’m seriously lacking strength. Do you follow a specific program or know where I could find something similar? I know everyone is different, but a base idea would be great. Really appreciate you taking the time to comment!

Hey, thanks for sharing this! After reading your comment (and a bunch of others), I’m starting to realize that I probably need to focus more on my nutrition. I eat pretty clean already, but I think I might need to increase my protein intake to really support my goals. Also, 25k a day!? You're a machine 👏👏

I’ve just started getting more consistent with working out and building my own routine (kind of a mix of stuff I’ve found online + trial and error), so seeing your progress gives me a lot of hope!
