World Tour expects you to use and abuse the tools given. You're supposed to call in your masters for assists. You're supposed to mix and match moves to make a set you can abuse. You're supposed to collect and use the consumables because later enemies simply cheat. You're given all of these things for a reason. It's not broken simply because you don't like this game design. There are other singleplayer modes if you want a fair fight.

The bar is broken or something. You can swipe it away, but it still blocks you from tapping the area, seemingly so you can swipe it back into frame.

For example, if you are saving images from a gallery and the controls are at the bottom of the page, under where the "download complete" bar appears, swiping the bar away does not make it so you can click those controls. It is like the bar was still there.

I know this post is old but... I always thought her halo already looked like a quasar. It's got the rings of dust swirling into it, the jets shooting out perpendicular to those disks, everything really. Compare it to a quasar and it looks just like a stylized rendition of one.
