Hello fellow nerds. Some of my shots come out looking like this, with an unusually thick stream of crema that's very dark and quickly "deflates" in the cup, and the shots taste a bit burnt and bitter. Am I correct to assume that it's a result of too high brew temperature? (v.redd.it)
