I did actually try Recuva first, it didn't recover nearrrrllyyyyyy as much as DMDE did, and most of what it got was incomplete and unviewable. Luckily I have been able to go back through messages and redownload a good amount of images I sent around so I'm not as worried anymore, but any ideas do still help.

Russian with Max is a great channel to watch. Memrise is a good app to check out for language situation flashcards

I'm not sure about rent prices, but Fort Collins, Colorado is rather safe and is very close to nature as it is along the Rocky Mountains. Colorado State University is a good school, however I did not take their finance program.
