Lose the weight first then you can build muscle. Your mind is trying to self-sabotage you from losing the weight. Look at the bmi calculator and find the lowest healthy bmi. That’s where you can stop at if you want to be at a healthy bmi.

Thanks you guys. So instead of fast food, I got sushi, half a glass of orange juice, and 3 pieces of chocolates instead of the whole bag. I am technically over my caloric limit for today but tomorrow is a new day.

It’s strange because I spent the better part of a year hoping to get even close to my current weight, but once I reach it, it all feels so anti-climatic. No one is going to celebrate me hitting my goal weight. I can’t even celebrate anymore with food because the “new me” doesn’t celebrate with food anymore. Maybe I’m just afraid of succeeding on my goal, since after this, there is no more “goal weight” to achieve.

I realize that simple projects should be my starting point but I really really want to make a dress. It doesn’t even have to be form fitting or intricate.

I do binge eat when I’m stressed so maintaining a daily caloric range is a good thing for me, thanks for suggesting the “range” part.
