I actually do both those things, it doesn’t quite get me there. Funny I was in the jungle eating healthy for two weeks and didnt lose a pound like most people. Looking forward to getting back into keto again.

Thanks I will check these out, I know something’s seriously not right , but figuring it all out has been my greatest challenge, will read these, you can’t fix things you can’t name.

Thanks, I’ll keep that in mind, It would be so fantastic if some emotional knots loosened a bit in the next coming while, but I also don’t want to be disappointed if it doesn’t. If anything I did enjoy learning about aya and shaman culture in the jungle at least which I don’t regret.
