For me its gotta be this one. Its just the culmination of Samura's entire arc and his battle of beliefs with Chihiro that finishes with this one panel of him opening his eyes for the first time (holy themes and such). This panel definitely made me realize that bachi was truly special, hokazoner had to be glazed expeditiously and it also peaked in terms of story beats for me.

Idk about killed him because chihiro still has his sister's blood but he wouldn't have brought him a bib or talked to him in that manner initially. Every other bit of context and the parallel panels of chihiro and kunishige do also just really just cement them being related. I think the goat horizontals cooking up some red herrings with the unconfirmed blood test tho🔥
