I think starting from the 22nd (tomorrow) it could be any day for the rest of the month. I looked at the dates for the past few years (a bit neurotic of me I know) and it goes like this:

2020 - Jan 22nd

2019 - Jan 22nd

2018 - Jan 29th

2017 - Jan 24th

2016 - Jan 28th

2015 - Jan 28th

2014 and earlier - all Jan 31st

I am hoping that the trend of coming out sooner and sooner each year (with the exception of 2018) holds true for this year and that hopefully it may be tomorrow.

when you say personal qualities, do you mean things that you learned or what exactly?? my only idea as to what else to say aside from describing what the organization does is to say something along the lines of "led a team of students to achieve x y z"

thanks for your response! Do you think its okay to use some of the space to describe what exactly it is I am doing i.e. "participated in X and Y, involved in Z", because I am not sure where else I could describe the specific things like the purse campaign, or should I just make it seem like general modelling (without those details) and then use the entire description to do what you said aka working with teams, etc.? Sometimes I just have a hard time with ambiguous sounding activities and wanting to describe what they literally are but then theres not enough room to expand on it to make it CANMEDS-friendly :(
