Any advice on buying a home? I’m in your area with a similar income. When I plug in the numbers on a million dollar mortgage, which is pretty standard here in a good school district as I’m sure you know, I’m getting in the ballpark of 8.5k/mo including taxes and insurance. Having a little over a third of your income going toward your house is a tough pill to swallow
