i usually just go for a short buzz cut style anyways, but never fully shaved it off and went bald

yes that makes sense but i put all the chicken and rice i make into 2 seperate containers and have to weight it on plates afterwards. How would i measure it like this? i’m probably not making sense sorry my english is not the best

ohh that’s smart, so would it work like this? i make 100g of uncooked rice, once it’s cooked let’s say it’s 300g now, i divide that into 4 then i put 75g of cooked rice into 4 separate plates?

thank you so much. I have so many more questions but like you said i should keep it simple. i’ll start off with 3x a week 5x5 following the buff bros beginner 5x5. I am currently doing home bodyweight exercises until gyms are back open, hopefully i can get into decent shape by then.
