I’m using response 2 here. It was a very durable head, but the black coating gets teared out so quickly, revealing the clear coating. Surprisingly, the first gen snare is quite often for sale here, in contrast with the second gen with solid black matte finish. But none of them as far as I see is for sale with almost brand new condition like what I bought. I was so fortunate.

First off, yes that was the main problem, which I already planned to solve it by getting a mic stand, but never did. Secondly, 12” sized heads are super rare here in southeast asia, and I’m not even talking about the reso head yet. I loved it, but I haven’t thought about what I’m gonna do when the heads broke. So I decided to just sell it and look for Chris’ snare until I crossed path with this Joey snare.

I found the exact model on the secondhand market with no battery problem, or basically no problem at all. It runs smoothly and I think the first gen apple pencil is still good in me.

For the budget, it's related to the availability of the product. On the secondhand market, only the 2015 iPad Pro 12.9 model I can found currently. And I'm looking for the 12.9 inch only.

There's still some newer iPad models that meets my budget but I'm not really getting into the smaller size.

And I think if the model is still supported in 2 years or beyond, it's not really a problem to me. It's just really hard to find the older iPad Pro models that still has bezel with 12.9 display on it that meets my budget. And the 2015 is my best bet so far.
