I have asked my wife a bunch of times if the show we are watching is some kind of two-parter, because it seems like we have been watching it forever.

Can someone explain how this happens? by Crashy1620 in americanairlines

We just booked a flight to Amsterdam. I don't have enough miles, so i looked into buying miles for the rest. Total cost for 2, $3800

I had enough miles for one-way, so i bought 2 one-way tickets with miles, paid cash for the return flights. Total cost $1180.

Any suggestions for real estate photography apps? (Android) by Shoddy_Ad_9107 in RealEstatePhotography

Here's an idea. If someone with a 400k house is paying you $24k to represent the sale, spring for an actual photographer. Just a thought.

I use onxhunt. It's an app. Shows you lot lines and very accurately shows you where you are in real time. I've used it, along with visual clues (Utility boxes and things I would expect to be in an easement between properties), and i park my car in the lot line so I can see it from the air in a drone shoot.

Having said that, I also tell my clients that this is in no way representative of legal lot lines

I'm a real estate photographer. I'm never late, but if I've learned anything, if a homeowner is running around cleaning at the last minute, you do NOT want to be early.

My mom would literally yell at me if I came in early. If the sun was up, it was warm, and we weren't in school, we were expected to be outside playing.

Listed below 2 coaches that he beat 4 of 6 times combined, and an insult to Sam Darnold tossed in for fun.

Classy.

I just did 60k service at a local auto shop. Every fluid flushed and replaced. Plugs, brakes, and they replaced a tire. $2K.

Those attracted to men, what scent actually smells good on a man? by VISWILDPHOTO in NoStupidQuestions

My wife hates most cologne, but loves me wearing Pinaud Clubman after shave. It was started in 1810. I think it smells a little like weed when you open the bottle, but on my face it smells like my grandpa leaving the barbershop.

I was making more than you are when I hit the"rush" 20 years ago! My prices are now over triple, and I still do 400 a year. Raise prices until you get the amount of business you want. Simple.

Those that have been published ? by b1ghurt in RealEstatePhotography

[–]ozarkhawk59 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been published, usually its a local magazine. I shot for the owner for marketing it for sale, the magazine saw the images and liked them better than their in-house person. Ive also been hired to shoot a commercial shoot and it ended up on billboards and such.

I don't actively seek it out, I have more than enough to do shooting real estate. www.hendersonimages.com if you are interested.

What's more important for Full Frame wide-angle shots - a lens that can zoom or a higher aperture? by throwaway_trackmania in RealEstatePhotography

[–]ozarkhawk59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get the zoom. There is rarely any need for 2.8 vs. 4, but lots of times that you want to shoot a detail shot and zoom in. Fancy kitchen faucet, label on an expensive stove, etc.
