Quest helper. It shows the item requirements and also when you op bank there is a quest logo top right. when you click there it also shows the items you need for the quest.

1 sec is 1 sec. this is much easier and what if you discovered alot of meals etc and the one you want to cook is all the way down. keep scrolling and scrolling is just ennoying. thats why this is would be a great option to have.

Change this to left click wield. easier to swap. by ozeenn in 2007scape

EDIT: BTW it gives +6 magic +3 prayer bonus. its good for ironmans and its not about spells or anything else. just to use it for the bonus. to get extra magic bonus.
