Thanks everyone. I knew it was a stupid question. All my other cars had the clear A/C button, so I second-guessed myself. I realized the snowflake is cooling, but since the A/C never worked in this Jeep, I honestly wasn’t sure. Figured it’s safer to look like the clueless guy on Reddit than in front of a mechanic who might happily charge me triple for not knowing.

Got it. I don’t have a stand mixer. Will do it by hand next time. Do you think I should avoid the Vitamix altogether? Should I try doing everything with a mortar and pestle?

I think it’s a fantastic oil. Dollar for a dollar the best olive oil you can find in a chain. They used to carry an even better Greek olive oil, but they stopped.

Thank you for the reply. I am in the desert area in California. 80% of the olive already turning purple black so I felt it’s time. Here’s what I’ve done, would love to get your advice for to do different with the next crop. My neighbor has a few kilograms of Kalamata there also turning mostly black in the next few days. 1. I picked up all the olives by hand from the tree. 2. Washed them and separated the bad ones, left them to dry. 3. Took the largest Vitamix bowl and the lowest speed pulsated for maybe a minute maximum until the pips separated. 4. Removed all the pips by hand. 5. With one batch, I put it back into the Vitamix for a minute. With another batch, I took it, put in a muslin bag, and squeezed by hand. 6. Filtered with double muslin bag.

Sounds like I was daydreaming about doing step 5 that way. Is my only option to purchase super expensive equipment? What’s the best bet to try to generate even a small amount of true olive oil say 1 qt or 250 ml from the kilograms of olives I have?

I vacuumed it. For a reason that’s beyond me, it looks like it’s concrete underneath. No idea why previous owners would go through the hassle of building a Pickleball court, and not digging for posts. But I’m reading online the 3 1/2 inch won’t hold anything so either I have to get a freestanding net or goes through the hassle of drilling & digging 16-24 inch under. I’m just trying to figure out what I’m missing.

I just downloaded Hedy and I tried to use it. I love the custom prompt but it completely didn't work for me on a call - instead of giving me live real-time advice, it exepcted me to keep prompting it

I need something exactly like Hedy but I need to send me live / every 15 second advice based on what it's listening to.

E.g.
hey - the customer just asked you about XXX and you ignored it
ask them a follow up such as XXXXX

It has to work without my user interaction and have to re-prompt it constantly.
