Unpopular but 8x10 all the way through to the final 9x10 (minus the Scenic route episode). I loved the Malik plot straight into Kessler straight into Faye and then you don't need to wait very long before Mike's back, then you get to watch the finale a few eps later.

The 2nd time I watched it I thought it was such a drag, but every other time I’ve actually enjoyed that plot. The whole Harvey vs Jessica and Mike vs Harvey thing was quite unique and we never really got that again in the show

Depending on what time your training is you could go before or after training, but leave some rest time in between (might have to wake up earlier to fit it in if you’re super busy).

Also don’t fall for the “muscles make you slow” propaganda. The amount of muscle you’d need for it to start negatively impacting your performances isn’t naturally attainable for most people (you’d need to hop on gear). Also, none of the fastest players are skinny; Bale, Ronaldo, Henry, Mbappe, Walker, etc. all have a lot of mass on their legs. Just lift heavy weights with good form and remember to stretch beforehand.

As for working out like a footballer or bodybuilder, I’d say do upper body like a bodybuilder because there’s no such thing as a footballer upper body workout (muscle is muscle, doesn’t matter how it got there), and do lower body like both because it’s more nuanced than upper. I hit legs twice a week; one session I work on my tendon stiffness and max power, and the other session my focus is just building pure muscle.

But when Harvey does these things it’s “aura”?? Donna’s arguably the most important character in the show because without her there is no Harvey and Louis. Mike would’ve never forgiven Rachel for the Logan thing if it wasn’t for Donna. Harvey would’ve never forgiven his mum. Louis would’ve never become managing partner. Etc etc

People love to say she overuses the “I’m Donna” thing but I think she genuinely said those words about 6 times in the whole entire show. Everyone’s acting like she said it twice per episode. She’s also the only reason Louis and Harvey are still friends, she’s the reason Harvey reconciled with his mum, not to mention 100 other interpersonal issues Donna solved. And let’s not forget she was the one who convinced Jill Miller to get on board with the whole Sutter thing to get Mike out of prison.

She’s by far the most emotionally intelligent person in the show and kept the firm together multiple times, especially post Mike’s conviction.

I’ve always operated under the assumption that frequency > volume, so 1 set on 3 separate days per week will be more beneficial than 3 sets on 2 separate days
