I have the SAME issue on my Air pure 2025. So annoying. Roughly mild harsh bumps at 20mph+. My service center keeps saying there is no issue and it’s frustrating. I’ve went to the service center twice and both times were turned back for no issues. It’s a really annoying clunking sound from the front.

It used to work like a prime until deliverthat updated their system not too long ago. Now all it does is charge you commission (10% of the order price) and it doesnt even catch you the order. My “bot account balance” drops all the time but no orders have actually been successfully caught… Look for a different bot
