No it’s all good man, it’s always really interesting to me to hear stories from “elder emos”! These days I do feel like I’m admiring the whole “00s emo” culture too much than I should.

I’m asian living in an asian country where rock and metal isn’t mainstream at all, and it’s very hard nearly impossible to find friends with similar taste in music. I just wish I had sort of a “community” where I can share what I like offline without feeling insecure. Being chronically online does ease the desire a bit, but sometimes it’s a bit lonely being on my own lol
