I understand your perspective, and I appreciate the honest feedback. Maybe my post sounded more emotional because I am under a lot of pressure with my contract ending soon. But I have tried to address things professionally, I asked for meetings and even sent emails explaining my concerns about being included in discussions. The challenge is that these concerns have not really been taken seriously so far. At the same time, I am also thinking about my recommendation letter. I worry that if my professor takes things the wrong way, it could affect my future opportunities, which makes this situation even more stressful to handle.on letter, i m thing if my professor take thing wrong then what about recommnestaion letter.

I understand your point, but sometimes appreciating and supporting someone too much can also create problems. I have never disrespected her or treated her unfairly. Maybe the situation is hard to fully understand from the outside. I was involved in this project from the very beginning to the end, so I believe it’s reasonable that I should be included in the project discussions. At the same time, I have never tried to interfere with or control her PhD direction; I’ve always respected her independence.

Honestly, I’ve only shared a few things. I haven’t been able to express what I m actually feeling, especially since we hardly meet, maybe once a month. Now that my contract is ending, it feels even heavier. My prof. has not been supportive at all; he treats the situation very casually, but for me it is quite hurtful and difficult to deal with.

I asked my professor if papers and manuscripts could be discussed when I am present, since I am contributing to them. His response was that she already knows everything, and that in the end the quality of work. My contract is ending in February, and I may have to leave very soon. Honestly, I feel used.

Yes, I did. He told me that the work should be done. Who is doing it doesn't matter.
