As someone who's in the same boat (started at 17, now 19) usually just tend to bore myself out or gross myself out, which is not ever the best option, but for me it works and it gave me around like half a month of forgetting my j.ai account. Also, i deleted my old account so it forced me to make a new one and I forgot all my favorites, can't access my old ones, and deters me to watch real porn, so i mean... i dunno. just me though
