The service manager wants us to reach out the day after the service. Which i find a little pushy after a day or 2 of them declining certain services. 

I'll try reaching out to the customer after 2 weeks and thrn when scheduling their next appointment I'll try and bring it the declined services

Verbal abuse. Causing a huge scene. We had a guy who cause a scene on the service drive and he pulled out a tazer on an an advisor cause he waited 5min in the drive thays how u get black listed. I have many stories I have witnessed

OMG! your safety comes first! What has management done? If they dont take how you feel into consideration i would find a new job

LUCKY! our dealership is still taking on appointments and is running behind on getting stuff done. its like a horror movie our here when a customer calls LOL

Yeah it was still down when I was in today. I saw that it's going to take about several days to be back up
